- Please allow up to 3 business days for us to address the return request, and all refunds will be processed via the payment method that was used in making the initial purchase.
- If the item is damaged or the item you received is not-as-described, then Lamps from the Attic will cover the return shipping costs; however, if the item was delivered undamaged or the item you received is as-described, then the purchaser must cover shipping costs in order to process the return before a refund can be eligible.
- Funds will be released once Lamps from the Attic has received the return package.
NOTE: If the return is requested after the 30-day period, we simply ask that you contact us, and let us know about any issues you may be experiencing with your purchase.
